Thirty people were killed and thirty five injured in a bus accident in Nepal

Thirty people were killed and thirty five injured when a bus full of passengers riding both inside and on the roof drove off a mountain road on Tuesday in Nepal.

 

Authorities said that passengers rode the overcrowded bus due to fuel shortages that has caused a severe limit to transportation.

 

Riding on rooftops of buses in Nepal has become a common practice since the fuel shortages began but is generally not allowed to due safety concerns.

 

Police said that they are investigating the accident.
