Activists: At least six barrel bombs dropped on a Syrian neighborhood

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that at least six barrel bombs on Monday dropped from Syrian government helicopters hit a rebel held neighborhood in in Western Ghouta.

The Observatory said that at least one person was killed and scores were wounded.

In recent weeks, several activist groups have reported barrel bombs hitting densely civilian populated areas.

Video footage released by Darya Revolution shows at least one of the bombs dropped from a government helicopter.
