At least sixty people have been killed when two gunmen armed with a Kalashnikovs opened fired in several places in the French capital, Paris.
Witnesses said explosions could also be heard near Stade de France, where France were hosting Germany.
Authorities said that President François Hollande attending the soccer game was evacuated out of the stadium.
In another location, a theater, reports of an estimated sixty hostages are being held by gunman inside of the building.
French police said at this point this is considered a terrorist attack.
Unconfirmed reports have emerged that the explosions at the Stade de France were suicide bombers.
The Deputy Mayor of Paris told reporters that this looks like a terrorist attack and could be the worst ever in Paris.
A shootout between hostage takers and police at the theater is underway. A witness inside of the theater said there are six to eight hostage takers keeping them inside of the building.
