A teacher at a Jewish school in the French city of Marseille was stabbed on Wednesday by three attackers riding scooters, one wearing an Islamic state t-shirt and yelling anti-Semitic hateful obscenities.
The fifty seven year old man, who was wearing a kippa, was attacked outside his home.
Three assailants forced the man to look at photos of the Mohamed Merah, the Toulouse jihadist who shot dead three Jewish schoolchildren, a teacher and three soldiers in 2012.
The man suffered knife injuries in his arm, leg and stomach after the the group of Islamic State supporters forced him to look at their t-shirt that featured the terrorists groups logo.
The teacher was taken to a local hospital as French police search for the attackers.
