Gunman on Thursday morning stormed a Mali hotel taking one hundred and seventy people hostage and killing at least three people.
One hundred and forty guests and thirty employees were locked inside of a room at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Bamako. Local reports said that at about noon eighty hostages had been freed.
The attackers arrived the hotel with AK-47’s driving cars with diplomatic plates.The gunman fired as they entered the hotel for several minutes.
According to local media, two Malian nationals and a French national were killed.
The Radisson Blu Hotel is well known for its international visitors.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
