Three men arrested for the murder of two Australian surfers in Mexico

Authorities in Mexico said that they arrested three men in connection with the murders of two Australian surfers.

The three men are said to be members of a criminal gang in the state of Sinaloa.

Police said that the three assailants confessed to killing the surfers during an attempted robbery where the victims both fought back.

Adam Coleman and Dean Lucas were last seen on November 30 in Topolobampo. Their burned van was found on the side of the road last month. The two men were said to be visiting Mexico on a surfing trip.
