A fire at a mental health clinic in the Voronezh region of Russia has taken the lives of at least twenty three people.
Hospital officials said that the building was completely destroyed by the blaze that began late Saturday and left twenty people injured.
Since 2006 authorities said that at least four fires in either mental health facilities or rehabilitation clinics have killed an estimated two hundred people across Russia.
Officials said that the cause of the blaze is under investigation.
