A Texas grand jury will not indict anyone in the case of Sandra Bland, who died inside of a jail cell last July.
The jury ruled that neither sheriffs or officials at the jail committed any crime in the treatment of Bland.
The court will reconvene in January to determine whether the police officer who arrested Bland should face charges.
The twenty eight year old, African American female was arrested after having a confrontation with the police officer who pulled over her vehicle along a Texas road.
Police dash cam video footage shows the treatment and arrest of Bland by Texas police.
Bland was found dead inside of her jail cell three days later.
