Three children among forty-four people killed after two market places were bombed in Syria

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that at least forty-four people were killed after Syrian government forces bombed two marketplaces in the Idlib province.

Three children were said to be among the victims in what the Observatory has called a “massacre”.

Although reports in the country differ in the numbers of victims killed all agree the death toll will likely rise.

The Syrian military along with the official Sana news agency made no mention of the airstrikes in Idlib province.

  1. It is so sad. It is always the children who suffer the most. Children are supposed to be able to grow up healthy, to see each new day as the wonder it is supposed to be. They are supposed to be sheltered from harm, and protected from the problems in our lands. My heart goes out to those children there and to children all over the world who are in pain today. Peace is the answer..hopefully, peace will prevail all over the earth so that the world’s children can be children once more.
